A friend’s narrow escape on 9-11
Natahlie Rivard flew to New York on September 10 as part of a six week assignment to promote Quebec in New York. The next morning she was meant to have an early breakfast at the Windows on The World restaurant on the 106th and 107th floors of the North Tower.
